Menu Option 1: Feasting Menu

Canapés (30 minutes)

  • Wild mushroom and mozzarella arancini balls with truffle aioli V

  • Spicy pulled beef brisket slider with crunchy slaw and chipotle mayo

  • Chicken, avocado, and vegetable sushi rolls with kewpie mayo and pickled ginger GF DF

  • Homemade pork and fennel sausage roll with bush tomato chutney

  • Juicy Portuguese peri-peri herb chicken

Drinks Dispensers

8L non-alcoholic drinks dispensers for $75 each (your choice of virgin mojito, non-alcoholic punch, traditional lemonade or iced tea. Please note, drinks dispensers provide 8L per flavour only – they are not refilled)

Further Information

  • Event minimum: 40 guests

  • Minimum bar spend: $2000

  • Extra charges for security guards: $350 for 40 - 100 guests, $650 for 100+ guests

  • Finalising due 14 days prior

  • Crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen napkins

  • 5 or 6 hour hire (complimentary venue hire). Please note, that additional time, will incur extended venue hire fees

  • Deposit $1000

  • Full payment due 2 weeks prior (Christmas events) or 4 weeks prior (Birthday events)

  • No individual payment, one payment for the group

  • Security deposit $1500

  • Drink packages must run to the end of the reception. Drinks package prices apply per person across the whole group. Under 18’s receive a half-price non-alcoholic package.
